Scope call
We agree a defined scope: which clients, which services, which software, and what "done" means each month.
Access
You or your client add a named user with limited permissions in the client's own accounting or payroll system. No shared passwords.
Monthly production
Transactions are categorized and reconciled inside the client's own file, with adjusting entries calculated and documented.

Every package is checked against our close checklist before it leaves RazaPro.

How the engagement works
Every firm relationship starts with the free pilot on a written scope, so you can judge the quality and turnaround before you pay anything. After that you pay a flat wholesale price per client each month and set your own price to your clients.
A new hire costs more than the wage. A bookkeeper at the US median wage of $50,670 costs about $54,588 a year with employer Social Security, Medicare and federal unemployment tax, before state unemployment tax, benefits, software and review time (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025). For the same client work, RazaPro's standard package costs about 30% to 45% of what that hire costs per client. Enter your own figures in thewhite-label margin calculator; the result depends on your client mix and on the review time your own team spends.
