How access works
- You invite RazaPro from QuickBooks Online as an accountant or a limited user. You stay the primary admin.
- We never ask for your online banking password; bank feeds stay connected under your login.
- When the engagement ends, you remove the user and we delete local working copies. See security.

What does a QuickBooks bookkeeper do each month?
Reviews and categorizes every bank and card transaction, reconciles each account to its statement, matches customer payments and vendor bills, keeps sales tax and payroll liabilities accurate, and sends a profit and loss and balance sheet with any open questions. RazaPro does this inside your own QuickBooks Online file.
How much does QuickBooks bookkeeping cost?
RazaPro charges $75 a month for up to 150 transactions, $100 for up to 300 and $120 for up to 500, covering up to 5 bank and card accounts. QuickBooks Online setup starts at $99 one time. Your QuickBooks subscription is paid by you to Intuit.
How do I give a bookkeeper access to QuickBooks Online?
In QuickBooks Online, the primary admin invites the bookkeeper by email as an accountant or as a user with limited permissions. You keep the admin role and can remove the bookkeeper at any time. Do not share your own login.
Is RazaPro a QuickBooks ProAdvisor?
RazaPro is not listed in the Intuit Find-a-ProAdvisor directory, which requires a US business address. The work is done in QuickBooks Online every day, and the sample deliverables show the standard of the finished month.
Can you work in my existing QuickBooks file?
Yes. RazaPro works in your existing QuickBooks Online file. If the file is behind or has errors, a catch-up and cleanup quote comes first, then monthly bookkeeping starts from a clean month.
Do you work in QuickBooks Desktop?
The service is built around QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you are on QuickBooks Desktop, ask on the consultation; moving to QuickBooks Online is quoted as part of setup.
